I’ve been working in the hotel industries for 14 years with different brands Ritz Carlton, Sofitel the palm ,Mercure Barsha Dubai. My goal is to spread the hygiene and cleaning awareness with each team member in all departments to be their responsibility. I am a very positive person and have strong implementation skills for Housekeeping standards.
Besides that I am very active member of EEG, and participate for the Waste can collection and Glass collection and obtain opportunity for the tree plantation. For me saving environment is most important for me I keep encouraging guests and staff to reduce waste ,collecting recycling ,save electricity , reducing food waste ,reduce plastic wastage . I had reduced the 600,000 amount of the plastics water bottles generated per year and replaced them by in house water filling plant. This has huge for the hotel by reducing its amenities costs and also giving quality water to the guest.
The reason I am writing for Women's in Cleaning is because I would like to help other teams with my knowledge in the hospitality field and guide them in the right way for cleaning and guest satisfaction and team member training. I offered many trainings in the past such a job training , chemical training , personalized service training, sustainability training, safety on work training , how to engaged with guest, how to find guest preference, how to make loyal guests and more. Because of this my vision on cleaning and hygiene, personalized services, sustainability and cleaning technicalities, I have been implementing new ideas to helps to increase guest satisfactions and increase hotel revenue. For me equality is an important topic. I treat my team equally at all times and I encourage them to have teamspirit to help and empower each other.
