I am Martha Tisibele, a hotelier, holding an MBA from the University of Wolverhampton I currently head the Park Services department at Doha Quest, my first role in a theme park. I have been long in the cleaning industry and would love to share the bit of knowledge l gained throughout the years with upcoming women in the industry. Diversity within teams is one of my favorite topics, l have led diverse teams and excelled. My favorite topics are healthcare cleaning, outsourcing housekeeping/ cleaning services, leadership versus management etc Of late have been looking at the future of cleaning, should we incorporate AI into the industry or remain traditional.
